As a professional photographer recommended by The Orangery Suite, I’m pleased to say that you’ve made a great choice for your wedding venue. The wealth of backdrops it offers mean I can create especially beautiful images on your wedding day.

For example, its spacious lawns mean I can line your guests up in the best direction in relation to the sun for your confetti throw, while there are any number of intimate spaces for your romantic portraits of the two of you.

Let me tell you about how your day will unfold here, and why I’d be a great choice to chronicle it for you in beautiful photographs.

How your wedding unfolds in photos

Your wedding day starts with having your hair and make-up done either at home or a local hotel. I’ll join you there, taking candid shots discretely while your stylists enhance your natural beauty. This is when I also take detail shots of your shoes, jewellery, dress and wedding stationery. If your partner and his friends are also getting ready at the hotel, I can capture their preparations, too.

Weather permitting, you’ll be able to make your vows on the lawn – or beneath one of the pergolas in the garden. You can alternatively use The Orangery Room. Décor specialists can adorn the venue  with your choice of flowers, arches and more to make your ceremony truly reflect who you are as a couple.

After your confetti throw, drinks and canapés follow on the lawn. At this point, I’ll take candid photos of you and your guests relaxing and socialising, as well as your formal group photos.

Following your wedding breakfast in the marquee, which can seat up to 85 guests, I return to photograph the smiles, tears and laughter evoked by your speeches. Then I’ll whisk the two of you away for a few minutes to capture romantic portraits of just the two of you that you’ll treasure.

After you’ve cut your cake, it’s time for your first dance. Which song means most to you? I click away through these set-pieces to ensure I capture all the meaningful moments, and continue as you and your guests enjoy yourself beneath the disco lights. At a suitable moment, I say my goodbyes to you, leaving you to enjoy the rest of your evening.

Within a month, you’ll receive a beautiful gallery of photographs from me that will bring golden memories flooding back for years to come of your wedding day.
